There is natural beauty in most all of God's creations, and our
human eyes do a pretty good job at taking it all in. Sometimes
however, a camera just doesn't quite capture an image the way our
eyes see it, and other times just a little "tweaking" can help
enhance the natural beauty that is already there. That's where
image editing software, props and a little photographic creativity come in.
A great example is today's picture. It features nothing more than a
plain "Golden Delicious" apple, but in a way that most of us have
probably never seen before. Here is photographer Robert
Schwarztrauber to tell us about it:
"One of the challenges we photographers face is how to best
express the beauty of that which our Creator has given us.
There is
beauty even in the small, simple things we see every
day. But often
we don't take time to notice. I'm sure we've all
heard the phrase,
"God didn't make no junk."
Our world is filled with beauty, often not casually observed.
There
are vast rewards available to those who will take time
to look for
that beauty - with an attitude that expects to
find it."

Amazing image today Mr. Rouse! You must have the most wonderful job
in the world, getting to sort through all of those amazing photos
and pick out the ones you want to feature. And you do an absolutely
awesome job at it too I might add.
