Some of nature's most magnificent beauty awaits those who venture
off into the woods on a camping expedition, and today's picture by
photographer Brian Hampson shares just a bit of that magic with us -
albeit in a slightly different light. Here is his story behind the
image:
"We took this photo while camping in the Coastal Mountains of
British Columbia.
Inside the tent I had two people "painting" the
inside of the tent
with their LED headlamps. I painted the ground
at the front of the
tent a bit to give it some grounding - rather
than have it floating
in the darkness. The 30 second exposure
allowed the moon to show
through the trees a bit and let the
late evening sky show some light
to complete the composition."

Very nice picture Brian. I do like the tent lit up the way that you
have it as well as the foreground. I also followed the link to your
blog and found some very nice stuff to look at and read there also.
