A Beautiful view of the Canadian Rockies

The
Rocky Mountain range of western
North America extends all the
way from New Mexico in the south to the Canadian province of British
Columbia in the north, and its entire length offers one spectacular
view after another. In today's picture, photographer Sara Moses has
managed to capture every ounce of the beauty of the Canadian Rockies
as seen from the adjacent lowlands.
The snowcapped peaks of the Rockies make for quite a vista when seen
from a distance, and this picture really highlights the sharp
contrast between the icy mountaintops in the distance and the green
vegetation in the foreground. This contrast is most evident in the
spring and summer, turning the entire region into one big
photographers' paradise.
I have seen the Rockies in person, and I can tell you that as
amazing as this image is, absolutely nothing compares with taking in
the view with your own eyes. If you enjoy taking photographs in the
great outdoors, you owe it to yourself to head west and experience
the glory of one of God's most gorgeous creations: the Rocky
Mountains.

The depth in this picture is amazing. Almost a 3D effect. Another
beautiful puzzle picture.
