"The Cheshire Matterhorn"

Today's picture features Shutlingsloe Hill, a scenic peak in the
British county of Cheshire that is commonly known as "The
Cheshire Matterhorn". Famous the world over for its magnificent
views of the English countryside, Shutlingsloe Hill is a favorite
destination for many who visit the British Isles.
Photographer Jamie Brelsford captured this gorgeous image of the
Cheshire Matterhorn just as a couple of hikers finished making their
way to the top of the hill. It is quite a hike indeed, but the
stunning views and equally amazing photographic opportunities make
it well worth the effort!

Simply gorgeous. I love how the rays of light are piercing the
clouds and adding depth to the image.

I visited the "Matterhorn of Cheshire" as a child, and the clouds
and sunbeams in the picture look exactly the way I remember seeing
them. What a splendid place to visit!

I really like what Mr. Brelsford did with this picture! I like the
way the climbers are silhouetted and I really like the light coming
through the clouds. Very nice!
