One of my favorite hymns is titled "The Old Country Church",
and the weathered old church building featured in today's picture
matches the spirit of that beautiful song as closely as any I have
ever seen.
Photographer Renaude Hatsedakis discovered this beautiful church
somewhere in rural Washington State, and thanks to the wonderful
worlds of photography and the Internet he was able to share it with
us today. Here are the camera and settings used to capture this
image:
Camera: Fuji FinePix S7000
Focal length: 15mm
Shutter speed: 1/550 second
Aperture: f/8
ISO: 160

My mom has several trunks full of old family photographs, and one of
them is of the little country church she attended as a young girl
growing up near Mountain City, TN. The church in this picture looks
a lot like the one in ours. I love it!

That is a wonderful picture. I can almost hear the Hymns floating on
the air. Thank you Renaude for sharing this with us!
