"Daffodils in the window"

(Click on the photo for a larger view)
The photos I publish as "Pictures of the Day" are selected for a
variety of reasons, and I chose this one simply because of
its sheer beauty. It caught my eye the first time I saw it, and I
think I like it more every time I look at it.
I simply love the way the sun shining through the window gives the
daffodils a bright, yet warm yellow glow, and the blues, reds and
greens of the other items add so much depth to the image that it
simply wouldn't be the same without them.
Here are the camera and settings used to capture this image:
Camera: Canon EOS 400D
Focal length: 28mm
Shutter speed: 1/200 second
Aperture: f/8
ISO: 400

I agree with all that you said about this picture today!! The colors
are great and the Daffodils remind that spring is on its way. Who
ever took this picture did a nice job!

Lovely picture today Mr. Rouse. It could easily adorn the cover of a
magazine. I'm always amazed when people don't want to accept credit
for such a fine piece of work!
