Today's picture by photographer Crystal Davis features yet
another beautiful sunset. This one was captured at Key West,
Florida's Mallory Square during one of their nightly celebrations
which honor the uncommon beauty of those amazing Key West sunsets.
This picture has sort of an early 18th century "feel" to it, almost
as if one is standing on the deck of a ship peering out into the
impending darkness as a near-by pirate ship sails past. What a
beautiful sunset!
Here are the camera and settings used to capture this image:
Camera: Microtek Take-It MV300
Focal length: 8mm
Shutter speed: 1/250 second
Aperture: f/3
ISO: 100

This is one stunning sunset, and an amazing jog photographing
it! Very well done!!!

The locals in Key West have criteria they judge sunset
photos taken at “The Southernmost Spot in the USA.” The best
shots have to have a good sunset with lots of color, a sailboat
silhouetted by the sun, and seagulls flying by. This shot has it
all! The “Conches” (natives) of Key West would be impressed!
Good job Ms. Davis!

Beautiful!!!

I have had the opportunity to see a number of those famous
Key West sunsets, and they are very breathtaking to say the
least. There is just something about the Florida Keys that makes
sunrises and sunsets even more beautiful than you can ever
imagine.
