The Minarets

Andrew Seigler.
Today's picture features a breathtaking view of
The Minarets, a rather distinctive series of jagged peaks
located in the
Ritter sub-range of California's
Sierra Nevada Mountains. Photographer Andrew Seigler created
this stunning image by combining five exposures, all of which were
taken from the highest point of
Mammoth Mountain.
The Sierras are quite famous for their stark beauty and
perpetually snow-capped peaks, and they offer countless opportunities
for photographers to capture some of the planet's most gorgeous
vistas and share them with the world. In today's picture Mr. Seigler has
managed to create a
true masterpiece.
You will find more of Andrew Siegler's amazing photographs in
his Flickr
gallery.
