Molly & Sadie Yates on the Pickin' Porch Show

Cheria and I made it out to last night's Pickin' Porch Show, and much to our delight part of the evening's musical entertainment was provided by Acoustic Heritage, a fine family Bluegrass and Old-Time music band from Whitetop, Virginia. Their pickin' and singin' was amazing as always, but the highlight of the show came near the end of their set when young Molly & Sadie Yates walked onto the stage with their instruments in hand! Molly and Sadie usually sing a song or two during each Acoustic Heritage performance, but tonight was the first time they got to play their instruments in front of a crowd. And let me tell you, they did a fine job indeed. I predict that these two youngsters will take the music world by storm one day. After all, they get their musical talents from both sides of the family tree.
