Happy Mother's Day Mom

A good, loving mother is one of the greatest gifts one can receive, and I was truly blessed by God when he gave mine to me. This wonderful lady cared for me when I was unable to care for myself, she sacrificed her own needs and wants so that I might be able to have mine, and she loved me when only the most loving of mothers could. And she did the same for my six brothers and sister. Mildred Rouse has spent virtually her entire life loving and caring for others, and she is still doing a marvelous job at it today. God has given her over eight decades here on planet earth (and counting), and she has spent every second of that time doing everything she could to make the lives of the people she loves better. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren are her pride and joy, and she is ours. This amazing woman is a wonderful mother in every sense of the word. Mom, on this special day that we have set aside to honor our mothers, I want you to know how much I love you and appreciate everything you have done for me over the course of my lifetime. If mothers are gems, you are surely a diamond.
