Mr. Pooh Making Himself At Home

I was sitting in my office this afternoon when Cheria yelled and told me to bring my camera into the den. So I jumped up, grabbed the camera and went running to see what all the commotion was about. When I arrived on the scene I saw that our cat Mr. Pooh had made himself a nice, comfy little bed on the couch - right smack in the middle of a pile of just-washed socks and underwear! Cheria had just taken a load of clothes out of the dryer and placed them onto the sofa when Pooh jumped right up there and made himself at home. I suppose the warmth of the fabric is what attracted him to the mess, and he sure took full advantage of it! I have always heard it said that a family's cat(s) really runs the household, and today I found out just how true that old saying is. I guess from Mr. Pooh's perspective our entire purpose in life is to make sure that he is well-fed and has a comfortable place to take a nap.
