Autumn at Sheffield Park - East Sussex, England

Many Americans have a mental image of Great Britain as a place where bad weather and grey skies are the norm and beautiful fall colors are something to be enjoyed from the pages of a picture book. Well, this gorgeous photo by photographer Tim Clark tells a story that is quite different! Mr. Clark found this gorgeous scene awaiting him when he visited Sheffield Park in East Sussex a couple of autumns ago, and although he bills himself as "strictly an amateur who takes pictures for my websites", I think this beautiful image is simply outstanding with its rich colors and excellent exposure under difficult lighting conditions.
