Beautiful View Of Sydney Australia's Palm Beach

Paul Perkovic.
I just love exploring the world in which we live through pictures,
and almost every day I run across yet another amazingly beautiful
scene from "Down Under". Back when God created the earth, He
apparently decided that Australia deserves to have more than its
fair share of spectacular scenery - a perfect example of which is today's
stunning picture of Palm Beach! Here is photographer Paul Perkovic's
story behind the image:
"After a busy Easter Weekend, my wife and I decided to go for a
day
trip to the Northern Tip of Sydney to visit the beautiful Northern
Beaches and in particular the Barrenjoey Headland and Lighthouse.
The walk up to the Lighthouse is very scenic with remarkable 360
degree views of the surrounding waterways and beaches that are
one
of the attractions of this marvelous city.
This photograph was taken looking South from the Headland back
along
Palm Beach which shows the Pacific Ocean on the left and the
Pittwater area on the right. It was a marvelous clear and sunny day
with just the right amount of cloud type and formation allowing this
lovely image to be captured. For anyone visiting Sydney, the 40 km
(25 mile) drive is well worth the effort from downtown Sydney."
