Yellowstone National Park is one of America's great natural
treasures. Although it is perhaps most famous for its intriguing
geysers, Yellowstone has a plethora of other things to see and
experience as well, and today's picture is a fine example. Taken from
the West Thumb Geyser Basin, it features the clear waters of
Yellowstone Lake with an absolutely amazing sky in the background.

That's a great photo of Yellowstone Lake! Mr. Mariskanish did a
wonderful job. I can really feel there's tunnel between the
water and the clouds. What a great perspective.

Mr. Rouse, you amaze me with the way you consistently manage to find
and publish such gorgeous photographs on this site. I'm a rank
amateur when it comes to photography, but I always seem to learn
some little something every time I visit this wonderful site. And
Kudos to Mr. Mariskanish as well for capturing such a breathtaking
image! Well done!!! |
