Our privacy policy is very simple:

TodaysPhoto.org does not maintain an email list, and your email address will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you in regards to a photo submission in the event we need to request more information or a clarification.
Your email address will never be provided to any third party for any reason unless you tell us in advance (and in writing) that we have your permission to do so.
TodaysPhoto.org does not use cookies to track your activity on our site. When you visit www.TodaysPhoto.org you do so anonymously and in complete privacy as far as our website is concerned. However, our advertisers may use cookies for the purpose of receiving proper credit for any commissions earned.
When you submit a photo for us to feature as a "Picture Of The Day", we will use your name and website URL (if applicable) in the credit line. Upon request we will use your first name only in the credit line, but we will keep your full name on file in order to establish that you are the legal copyright holder of the image in question.
